If a confirmed doctor can't make it, the platform immediately re-matches from the verified pool and keeps you updated in real time. Commercial terms around placements that don't complete are discussed during onboarding and documented before engagement.
Every doctor passes through a seven-stage pipeline: NMC registration check, degree verification, identity check, reference verification, and active Professional Indemnity insurance confirmation. No doctor is listed or placed until every stage is cleared. Our in-house medical team reviews documents personally — not by auto-approval. All credentials are stored in the credential vault for audit-ready access.
